Coronet Wine Red Velvet Skirt Binding
This velvet skirt binding dates from about the turn of the 20th century. It is 1 1/2" inches wide, and cut on the bias, with a neat (unobtrusive) diagonal sewn join every yard. The label calls it color 291, Cardinal.

Matchless Deep Red Corduroy Skirt Binding
This corduroy skirt binding dates from about the turn of the 20th century. It is 1 1/2" inches wide, and cut on the bias, with occasional neat (unobtrusive) diagonal sewn joins. It is a deep red.

Two Packages of Vintage Seam Binding: Red & Blue
Two packages of seam binding, each on their original spools. The first is red, and measures 2 yards, 2 inches. The second is blue, which only measures 34 inches. They are each half an inch in width.
In good condition; where the original owner secured it with a pin there are pinholes which also created little spots & bumps. Can probably be cleaned/ironed out. Otherwise clean & ready for use.

Aimcee Blue Rayon Seam Binding
Three yards of blue rayon seam binding, complete on the original paper spool. Made by AMC, it is called "Aimcee." This is the first time I've come across this brand.

Flower Garden Printed Ribbon / Seam Binding
A garden of red & blue flowers and green foliage create this happy design on lightweight ivory ribbon. The design is printed on the ribbon. Would work as seam binding, though I don't know if it was originally intended for that purpose.

It's 3/4" inch wide, still on the original wooden spool. I'm selling it by the yard here, but please contact me if you're interested in the entire spool, which contains dozens of yards (if you're interested, I'll provide an exact length).

Victory Brand Rayon Taffeta Seam Binding - Navy Blue
This navy blue rayon seam binding is on the spool in its original packaging. The package reads, "Rayon Raffeta Seam Binding, Woven Edges. Three Yards Guaranteed. Full 1/2 Inch."
It is Victory brand, dating from the 1940s, World War II era. (The box design is patent number 2,217,397 which dates to February 6, 1939.)
Measures 1/2" inch wide, this is a full, unused 3 yard package.
$3.00 for all.

Wright's Green Flower Printrim
Complete vintage package of Wright's Printrim; it features a green floral design, also edged in green. This is a double-folded bias tape. The width is 1/2" inch, and the complete 2.5 yards are still present.
The cellophane is no longer present, but the trim is as new save for a few small age spots (visible near top of large photo). They should launder out.
Just $6.00 for the package.

Wright's Basket of Flowers Printrim
Complete vintage package of Wright's Printrim. The design is a basket of flowers, printed in blue on a white background.
The width is 7/16" inch, and there's 2.5 yards in the package. Very pretty!

Kathleen's Bias Binding - Chocolate Brown
Complete vintage package of Kathleen's Bias Binding - "That Finishing Touch." The color is a rich brown. It's 1/2" wide and is double-fold.
This is old store stock from France. On the back it's noted in French that this sis "Grand Teint / Sans Couture" (colorfast & seamless).
No fabric content is noted. The package contains 5 metres (about 5 yards, 16 inches). $6.00 for all.

This is a full card of bias skirt facing. (It says it contains 2 yards, but it seems to be missing an inch, as I measured 1 yard, 35 inches.) It's 2" inches in width, and is double-folded.

It's fine percale, single folkd, and contains 6 yards. The label states "Guaranteed Color Fast." The cellophane has torn, else in fine condition.

Blue & Silver Metallic Vintage Rick-Rack
Here's a vintage rickrack, in baby blue with silver metallic. This is an unopened package, measureing 2 1/2 yards in length and approximately 1/2" in width.
The label states that this is 85% mercized cotton, and 15% metallic.
Manufactured and sold by Penney's, it still has the original price sticker on it. (Originally 13 cents!).
$3.00 for the package.
